Chief Instructor, Carter, is a retired Senior Army Non-Commissioned Officer. His certifications include NRA Rifle, Pistol, and Shotgun Instructor, Coach, and Training Counselor, Chief Range Safety Officer and Personal Protection instructor, CPR/AED. When not teaching, Carter can be found competing with shotguns, and pistols or serving his community through various organizatins as well as mentoring boys and girls through the Boy Scouts of America.
